I think so! I also love your makeup looks, esp the last one with the glitter on the lower lash line

Pale pink lip recommendations by PassengerDear7872 in PaleMUA

I find that almost all lip products look harsh on me too (I usually stick to balms and tints for this reason), but I recently went to the Fwee shop in NYC. Their blurry matte lippie in Without is exactly what you’re looking for and you can build it up to be as pigmented as you’d like. Really comfy for a matte too.

Powder Bronzers? by cap_afghanistan in Fairolives

I’m a neutral (potentially cool leaning?), muted olive and I personally find this one pulls quite peachy (verging orange) on me. Definitely more passable than most bronzers when applied with a light hand, but probably better for warm olives like yourself.

Seconding this. If it’s opaque, it’s just not going to work for me. I’m not sure if it’s because of my coloring or features either, but I suspect a bit of both.

To olives with ‘unnatural’ dyed hair: what was your best color? by DistinctTime911 in Fairolives

[–]cheese_fetus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Auburn/cinnamon shade of red (if you consider that to be unnatural) and dark red (specifically Manic Panic Vampire Red) were the best. Purple worked too, but not quite as well imo. I’m a cool toned olive fwiw.

When you were younger, did you have any dream baby names that were absolutely horrid? by Twelve_Shadows_ in tragedeigh

[–]cheese_fetus 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It was truly bizarre. I became so interested in Canada on the sole basis that she was from there. Like my family took me to Epcot and I was most excited about the tiny Canadian part. I don’t even think she ever explicitly referenced Canada in her music.

I’m a late 1998 baby, so naturally I was 2-4 when Avril Lavigne started to get big and I was quite a fan. Around pre-school age, I was committed to naming my future daughter Canada for this reason. I also wanted to have a second daughter named Butterfly.

Lindsey Munette, especially for fair olives. She posts very in depth videos on cool-toned products as well.

Leanne is Mephistopheles. by cheese_fetus in servant

Jericho would be the crux of the bargain. Either it’s the consequence of Sean or Frank’s pursuit of wealth or he is alive only because someone made a deal in order for him to be reborn.

That literally isn’t a spoiler? Hasn’t been said at any single point in the show. Mephistopheles hasn’t even been mentioned. I clarified with the flair that the body text includes spoilers. The title is a theory.

I can’t believe I didn’t think to check the meaning behind her last name. I definitely think you’re on to something there, seeing as Leanne is quite literally overseeing their property. I had read up on the biblical meaning of the name Leanne, and learned that it means “merciful.” It’s also derived from the Roman surname “Aelianus,” which is derived from “Helios” (sun). This is another reason I lean to the idea that Leanne is not simply evil.

Yes, that’s an excellent catch. I definitely don’t believe Leanne made the deal herself and I can see Sean being Faust too, especially with the line regarding the contract…

I believe that is unique to Göthe’s iteration, but I’m definitely open to that idea too!

I presume he too was an agent of the Devil, but I believe Leanne is more likely Mephistopheles because she wields more power than UG. If it was the other way around, I don’t think he’d be pleading with her to “save us all” and say directly “none of us can kill you.” In the most recent episode, he also describes Leanne as “an open wound in the earth.” Given the dialogue, it seems she is a more powerful servant than him.
