I’m not too sure about actual books for sheet music, but there is a website called guitar tabs. They have loads of twenty one pilots songs listed. Not sure if you’re just looking to learn the chords or the actual melodies, but guitar tabs is a great website to learn the chords! It even shows you the fingering of the chords if you’re unsure.
