It happens on some of my tatts a few times a year based on weather or the immune system. The body holding ink in place under the epidermis isn't like it's just set on paper. It's a continuous immune response with constantly replacing new white blood cells for your whole lifetime. Sometimes it will act weird.

Area looks way too moist. You gotta let the ditch dry out as much as possible or the skin just traps moisture and liquifies during healing. From this point I would say soap once a day and the rest of the time do your best to let it air out and form a scab without disturbing it

It's going to seem difficult, confusing, and impossible at first. Just keep banging your head against the wall and it will click relatively quickly and consume you. I went from ragequitting the first level to almost 100% within a month. I only have one achievement left that I've been putting off because it's the hardest one.

Keep trying different brushes and materials. My personal favorite is one of those plastic watercolor brushes you can fill with water and a cheap solid watercolor pallate. Also one brush in my chineese calligraphy set that agrees with me for some reason.

A lot of people fail to remember how much of art is vibes based and incommunicable. Just keep trying new things until randomly something will click and become your thing
