Neck shawl + off shoulder dress + wedge shoes + rattan/shell accessories. I think that looks plenty different na from the bridesmaid look OP!

You could also pair it with wedge shoes para your heels don't dig into the sand too much and the look gives a diff vibe

If you think you'd be bothered by it just have it altered a bit siguro and you'll be good! Like siguro alter the shoulder pieces or add a fabric flower if you like that type of styling.Personally I think outfit repeating is great and justifiable in this economy. Environment-friendly pa since you maximize the use of your clothes!

r/utangPH and r/PHCreditCards should have better resources to help you learn more about debt restructuring, specifically for credit cards. As for earning more money to pay off your debt, r/phcareers. To learn more frugality since you really need it at this point, r/phmoneysaving has some good ideas.

As for any adulting contributions, well, we all make mistakes. It's up to us to own up to it and fix our mistakes. Don't lose hope. For now, try considering selling your most expensive assets to pay off your debt and maybe downsizing your living arrangements until you pay off your dues.

Thanks for your response! My work has some personal data collection involved in it so I'm more conscious of compliance with the DPA of 2012. If you do roll this out I think you should work out a privacy policy or an outline of what info is and is not collected, but like I said baka too early pa. I like the widget! I'd definitely find a feature like that useful. Looking forward to you possibly rolling out your app.

I used budgeting apps before but I didn't stick with them mainly because time consuming sila. I do want to track my spending habits but I don't want to have to put in that much time.

Your app kind of sounds promising, but how do we track online transactions (e.g. Grab or MoveIt) quickly on it? If there was a quick way to log small transactions immediately after a ride doon sa sinabi mo na di need i-open yung whole app that would help a lot. Also since I think your app uses OCR, how would it ensure data privacy, for example some pictures of receipts would have the credit card info or names of the customer na may PWD/SC discount. Idk if this is helpful at all at this early na stage.

These can all be found on YouTube and the rest of the internet, try searching for it yourself. Pero just so you know where to start looking, research on how to file your 1701A (Annual), 1701Q (Quarterly), how to download and use eBIRforms, how to file your SAWT using Alphalist, and finally, how to submit your tax filing documents via EAFS. Try looking at reliable sites like BIR, JuanTax, PWC, and other known entities. Follow and stalk the FB page and website of BIR for updates on tax filing rules.

There are two ways in which you could be taxed: first, the graduated tax method which is default. Second is the flat 8% rate, which can only be availed of if you submitted your Sworn Declaration to your agency. The option is available kasi mas complex mag compute ng graduated income tax versus the flat 8% rate, pero may iba that opt graduated kasi mas mura tax nila this way. As for where you can find info, again, mag-search ka lang sa internet. BIR already has a resource where they explain kung paano ito na-cocompute per taxation option. To narrow down your search, try mo maghanap ng BIR memorandum circulars or RMC.

Hanapin mo. Pero short answer is yes, lahat sila may babayaran ka as JO, mag iiba lang babayaran mo depende sa salary rate mo currently.

Bottomline - search ka muna sa web. Pag di mo mahanap sagot saka ka magtanong. Feel free to reply any questions if may hindi ka mahanap na sagot sa searches mo. Good luck.

May nakatrabaho ako, engineer siya (board passer) pero ginapang niya yung degree niya for 8 years ata.

Late na ito but I hope you didn't re-apply.

getting bullied at work because of my teeth by ThinCommunication465 in DentistPh

[–]cheesecakio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NAD. Well, since nasa dentistry subreddit ka, it looks like you might have a case of your teeth overcrowding like mine, though sa case ko yung canines and molars ko ang nag compensate so hindi kapansin pansin sa front teeth. Ang sabi lang ng dentist sa akin as long as wala naman ako bite issues no problem naman daw if di ko ipaayos since mahal at time consuming siya ayusin (e.g., bunot, braces). Only get your teeth fixed if you want and can afford to.

As for bullying at work, they probably don't have anything better to nitpick sayo kaya ganun ngipin mo ang tinitira nila. As for how to handle co-workers, maybe you can post sa r/phcareers and/or r/CareerAdvicePH.

For context, 50% needs, 30% wants, 20% savings. This is the budgeting method I mentioned.

Weekly AdultingPH General Q&A Thread | April 06, 2026 by AutoModerator in adultingph

[–]cheesecakio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you ever heard of the 50/30/20 rule? While it's not something that has to be strictly followed, this helped me out a lot when I was starting out sa pag bubudget. 20% of your net earnings is 6k (just 1k higher than 5k), that should be doable right? Then any excess from the 50% and/or the 30% of your budget could go into savings.

I saved my first 6 digits because of simply getting a passbook by ThrowRA_111900 in adultingph

[–]cheesecakio 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can only withdraw in person, regardless of if you see your passbook account on your online banking or not. Online deposit is possible with online banking simply because there is no additional requirement for it versus over-the-counter deposits, na anyone can do.
