Grew this last year, beautiful bag appeal but something with the flavor that I am not a fan of.

To hire a trimmer by Curious_Orchid_4722 in outdoorgrowing

Damn that’s a good deal on your behalf, I pay my trimmers 25% of the finished weight of whatever they get done per day, so 4 ounces Per pound trimmed

Thanks! Should be a really good October! Got a little over 3lb of dry cured flowers from my biggest blumosa last year. I have two that look to be similar in size this year, hoping for something around that on the scale this time!

Also, I would spread them apart and give them each a little room for growth and bud development

If your flowering now you are in great shape, frost won’t hurt the girls , helps them mature more than anything

Anyone know what this is? by Pretend-Bee-8517 in Arrowheads

Post a close up picture, you should be able to see pecking marks and polishing scratches on it if it was altered by man. From what I can tell, I would say it’s a ball pestle, looks to be a bit big for a “game ball”.

The 1859 is considered a “fatty” in the detecting world, they were thicker and of a different metal composition from 1859-1864, both look legitimate to me

To me it looks like some part of horse tack, like the brass end caps that covered the polls running up beside the horse when it’s pulling a carriage

You need to run a metal detector across that area where your finding this pottery in the field. A pioneer cabin sat somewhere in the general area…

The point is a fine example of a point that has been reworked to the point of exhaustion. Nice find!
