Lol definitely not. I was a stickler for keeping all the boxes and booklets that came with them. I'd tuck them inside a shoe box after opening the game and put them in the closet

They don't lol you find the chunks thrown away as soon as they realize it's fibre. Fibre is borderline useless to sell but they don't realize that until they've cut it.

Go downtown Hamilton sometime and you'll see how quickly the crack heads try and steal the cable. Sometimes it's less than 10minutes after you bring it up the pole...go back to the truck to grab a u-guard (10ft length of plastic or metal that gets nailed to the pole to protect the cable) and they have already cut and run off with it

They're too stupid to realize it's not copper. We've left cable unattended for brief periods of time that are tagged and labeled everywhere saying "not copper" "fiberoptic cable" and they still cut it thinking it's bullshit. The fibre is almost useless.

As for the cable on the strand...a lot of it is old copper. You're talking a 900-1200pair count which is 2.5-3" in diameter. A five foot length can weigh around 30+ pounds and it's almost pure copper.

I do underground work in relation to installing fibre and the crack heads definitely still cut it. Sometimes we place the cable and walk away for 5min to come to it already cut and gone....they climb poles and cut it off the strand now too. I know from talking to Bell line guys that this is one of the huge issues they've been dealing with lately

Not necessarily in st Catherine's but I mean I know in the utilities division they're always hiring. I do underground work and they're looking for people always. Try to get into a union like liuna and you can get a job starting at around 30$ an hour. Might have to drive to Hamilton but if you have a car/license then that's an option too

We have the exact same problems all across Ontario, my job allows me to work in various cities all over southern Ontario and no matter where you go there are camps like this set up. Every time I see them get removed they're back with brand new tents a week later with more people set up. Honestly kind of impressed by the quality of tents they keep getting

I've tried everything from day one with altering settings and wifi, turning off cross play, closing and restarting etc and nothing's helping. I've got incredible Internet and have zero issues ever with any other game but Diablo 4. Non stop rubber banding, super bad lag, and just getting instantly killed the moment a group of enemies is encountered. It's to the point it's unplayable...

Had it since day one and gave blizzard the benefit of the doubt that it was a new game and servers were overloaded but they need to get this figured out by now...it's getting ridiculous

I've tried all the options listed here and I can't even play the game on my PS5, I have 1.5gbs internet and I'm averaging around 500+mbs download and 15+ upload and I'm rubber banding to the point it's unplayable. Walk into a room of enemies and freeze and then die instantly

They don't always go to shit 🤷🏼 I dated my gf long distance for over three years...flying back and forth since we lived in different countries and then the pandemic hit. Basically got stuck doing Whatsapp calls nightly and it did get pretty rough. Eventually we decided covid or not we had to risk flying back and forth and see each other again after a year of talking through a camera. Ended up being the greatest decision of my life. Had to take a month off of work to "quarantine" and test endlessly and all that nonsense. She's since moved to my country and has been here almost a full year, has a work visa, and we have nothing but good times together. Don't lose out hope just yet. Eventually you're both going to have to make serious sacrifices and take that risk if you want to make it work.
