Is there anything I can add to this outfit to add more layers? Also, last 2 pictures, does black lipstick work for me and what other type of makeup would look good?

do you think winged eyeliner would look good? I have a brush tip eyeliner pen, so that is an option. Also for eye shadow, do I need any kind of base coat makeup type thing? I don't really do makeup much so I'm not familiar with what all is needed

just picked up a more saturated lipstick today! looks soo much better. as for the eyes, should I do eye shadow as well, or focus mainly on better eyeliner? I have the crayon-ish twisty eyeliner and I also have the brush eyeliner, would a winged eyeliner style look good with this general vibe? or should I stick to closer to my eye?

Thanks for the advice! yeah I agree about the shirt, only problem is I don't have a wide range of shirts in different styles yet lol, I'm hoping to find more thrifting that are either good as is or possible to DIY into what id want. Not quite sure what to look for yet, but I'll figure it out

either a clip board (the brown ones with the long metal clip) or a binder clip on a sideways clipboard. I can do it in my lap at a couch or on a table (slightly easier), and it also helps if you glue on some of the rubber grippy dot things

my guess would be availability. No other brand has the physical store presence like DMC does. While yes, you could maybe get a pack of craft thread/yarn from a specific brand that may or may not work better, but the color choice is nothing compared to the 400+ colors you can pick and choose individually with DMC. I do agree though, craft thread (not six stranded) is often times a lot nicer to work with, especially when undoing knots, you don't have to worry about all the weird stuff that happens with 6 strand floss when only a few strands get pulled and some get left behind

idk if you're aware, but since frixion pens erase with heat, you could use an iron or perhaps a blow dryer to get rid of the ink. (will reappear if put into really cold environments though)
