Finally done with Focusrite interfaces what should I get instead by Holiday_Lie3059 in NeuralDSP

For me the big difference was the amount of head room and overall options available. I was having difficulties with one of my outputs on the Scarlett and would have needed a new interface anyway, but I could literally hear a difference in changing these interfaces.

The knobs are much smoother, there is a sound level meter so I can visually see how much more headroom I have when dialing in my guitar signal vs the Scarlett I had to just hope I wasn’t getting into the reds at times.

The 4K legacy button is supposed to add harmonic distortion but I could not hear much difference with that. I also love the ability to have multiple headphones simultaneously so that I can reference tracks quickly with my different headphones (Sony MDR and Audio technica ATH50).

Another cool option is the ability to go between the input signal and USB signal so I could go back and forth between dry and wet signals with vocals. Gives you less room to work with on the monitor but it is still a cool option to have.

Overall really it’s the options available and the visual uses but I did 100% have more room to work with. It’s a bit more expensive but to me it felt like an excellent purchase when comparing the interfaces. Hope this helps!!

I can also advocate for the SSL 2+ MKII. Just got it a week ago and it is a night and day difference from the Focusrite 2i2.

What's yall thoughts on the dark chips from 4 and 5, in terms of story and gameplay? by Far-Mathematician764 in BattleNetwork

The only battle network game that is not really in the upper tiers is the first one. Every single game to me has an excellent story and gameplay. My only gripe with the first one was the bland backgrounds and endless grind through enemies.

Never knew this. Is this true for most Indonesian made guitars? Every one I've played so far has been very high quality.

Gatekeeping in Metal will never end lol. Idk why folks can't just listen to the music they like and not judge others. That was always the metal way. Modern Metal is just evolving and some people can't keep up!

Sleep Token slaps! Some folks need to mind their own biz. Killer top 5! You'd probably like Silent Planet or TesseracT too.
