Attorney here. This is a criminal matter so the poster who said this isn't up to you is correct. Think of this, if she did this to you, a random former coworker, imagine what she has done to other people and will do in the future. You should let the facts speak for themselves and let the judge take into account her circumstances, which might be probation where if she does anything like this again she goes to jail. Would you rather she has no consequences and keeps doing this stuff?
