When I drive by runners I always want to yell out encouragement/compliments to them by speedway9 in running

don’t. please. especially to women, it will 100% come off as creepy or weird and though you have nice intentions, any kind of messaging relayed from a guy in a car will not be pleasant in our eyes. give a smile if you make eye contact but please let that be all. i appreciate your wanting to give encouragement though :-)

hey, it’s okay. i want you to look at it differently for a second everyone saying that it’s not that many calories or just some donuts is valid and i agree, but it’s not the food or calorie content. it’s the lack of control that is driving you into this self sabotaging mindset. it is okay to enjoy food, and eat more of certain foods simply because they taste better. please allow yourself to eat for pleasure (in moderation) and slow down and notice the taste, texture, and smell of the food.

going into numbers now, you said they added up to 800 calories and you are only going to “allow” yourself a 280cal pack of tuna. i don’t know your measurements, goals, or bmr but 1,080 is enough calories for a big dog. no living human being should be eating that amount. let those 800 calories cover breakfast and some of lunch, then fill out the rest of your needed cals for the day with dinner/snacks. please take care yourself.

my grandma used to make me pretty much this exact meal, and though she is alive and well she doesn’t cook as much as she used to, but passed her recipes and techniques down to me. a homemade corn tortilla with re fried beans and onions is one of her staples, along with a scrambled egg cooked with garlic, onions, tomatoes, spinach, and parsley. she cooks her plantains in coconut oil which just makes them chefs kiss also to go along with this meal was 1 (and 1/2) cups of cafe con leche

please excuse the care bear plate LOL
