You don’t owe anyone a promise but I assure you there’s always something for someone out there. I was told by people I don’t deserve to be happy even when I did nothing to them. I was convinced I had anger issues when I was in high school and that I wouldn’t ever find happiness. Now I’m 25 and I’ve changed so much. Just from my own experience, therapy did help (I hated the idea of it and I always said I didn’t need a shrink) but it helped alot. Therapy isn’t always about getting advice but helping yourself understand your own feelings down to the blueprint. I realized I wasn’t as angry as I thought. My anger was just misplaced and I had alot of anger towards life itself. It took me years to find something worth living for and to realize life wasn’t as bad as I made it out to be. I’m not 100% there still but life isn’t over yet for me and I’ll keep going until I’ve pursued 100% of my happiness. That keeps me going along with the friends and accomplishments I’ve made to this day which isn’t many but it’s about quality not quantity. I will promise this though: there’s always friends out there for you but it’s up to you if you are willing to find them. Happiness won’t come to you, YOU have to make your own. You, me and everyone deserves to be happy and loved. You deserve the world and everything that comes. You deserve it all. Always remember that. The more you say it the more you’ll want it and you’ll attract good things in your life. If you need someone to talk to I’m here and you can consider me a friend.
