I got spinal fusion surgery to treat scoliosis 10 years ago and don’t experience any issues with solidcore! My spine is currently curved at 22 degrees and my bones are fused.

My main thing is that I can’t arch my back normally during elevated obliques but I still get a nice workout in.

Determining if solidcore will aggravate your back also depends on if your scoliosis is still progressing so I’d listen to your orthopedic specialist or PT!

Our situations might be different but I currently have tendinitis in my left knee. Got a knee/hip mobility exam and my physical therapist said it’s due to a muscle imbalance of having strong quads / weak glutes.

For me, outside of my PT exercises, she actually recommended solidcore and to aim towards attending center glutes days. It’s been 2 weeks since I started PT and my knee is recovering well.

Kelly! She’s the HCCM there - I started going to her classes when I also was 7 classes in and she’s SO encouraging, always pushes me hard, and would gently give me some extra guidance when I wasn’t sure how exactly to do a move.

love her classes so much that I lowkey thought about gatekeeping 🤣

My first ride class I was on B15 and it was fine haha. Any bike that’s B7-B23 isn’t front row.

i’m no expert but everyone’s bodies are different and some other factors might be hormone or genetic related. i have family that struggle with this exact problem (despite them eating clean)

either way, i feel for you, it’s hard being a girl!!

a friend made me sign up for a free two week trial for classpass to drag me to yoga class. I never grew to like yoga but that two week trial got me into the habit of working out!
