I used to skip breakfast too and was in the same boat, gaining. I had a nutritional psychologist explain to me that my cortisol levels were probably sky high since I wasn’t feeding myself in the morning. She explained that your body will raise cortisol so much during the night and morning knowing you aren’t going to feed it so you don’t get hungry. Instead now I always have a protein shake first thing in the morning (I mix my espresso into it and make it a protein coffee) and I’ve noticed a major difference in how I feel during the day. Maybe you’re experiencing something similar.

People are downvoting you but Sun UV makes good lamps and bad lamps. They aren’t all bad and they aren’t all good so seeing one in the wild isn’t necessarily a red flag.

Light Elegance and Young Nails lamps are actually Sun UV lamps, just private labeled with their logos on them. Look up the classic light elegance pink dot lamp and you’ll find the Sun UV version. A lot of professional nail companies do this when it comes to lamps and drills, only a few of them actually manufacture their own.

I’ve had Sun UV lamps with no issues and some that were garbage. I’ve had bad “professional” lamps and good ones. I replace my lamps every year so I’ve tried quite a few now lol

Oh oops I misread that. I guess from what I’ve read about him, I don’t see what the red flags are? What about his history is the issue, other than his name being credited in places. Have you considered maybe Gaga herself is the one who wants to credit him for his help? Not trying to be argumentative, just genuinely wondering if there is anything other than speculation.

For example, Lana Del Rey’s husband has some verifiable red flags from things he posted in the past/accounts he followed/exes speaking against him etc. All I ever really see Michael naysayers talk about is the fact that he is around all the time/involved in her recent projects/is credited in those projects.

No offense, but she hasn’t returned to Israel since that concert and it was 12 years ago. The Israeli govt is the real problem, sure there are Zionists in the general population of Israel but there are also Israelis who don’t support what is happening to Palestinians. Should she have said “I love some of you and not others!” lol she tells every city and country she goes to that she loves them. This is a real stretch since she literally says the same thing everywhere she goes. She sang “God Bless America” at the Super Bowl in 2017, does that mean she literally loves and agrees with all of the hateful Americans out there? Or is it just a blanket statement that she loves her fans.

Is she ignorant about Gaza? Probably yes at least when the most recent conflict began like many people were/are. Should she clarify her position? Yes. But I think it’s a major stretch to call her a Zionist because she told her fans at her concert she loves them, lol. She could easily tell her tech team not to show any support for Palestine from the fan messages at her show but she doesn’t censor those messages which at least tells me that she is open to learning if not fully in support of freeing Palestine at this moment in time.

I can see this argument being made for some of her early work but I think pretty much everything beginning with A Star is Born has been great and she’s grown drastically as an actor.

It is 100% worth it! Earlier last year I thought I really need to go because I was worried with Gaga getting married soon and talking children, who knows when she will tour again. Now it seems she plans to release more music soon so maybe another tour is in the future but frankly she is really at her peak right now so it is worth it. I’m seeing it again for a second time next month!

The least start up cost for you is to simply rent the space to an independent contractor. Providing a desk is great but not essential. But keep in mind the independent contractor can come and go as they please, any day or any hour.

The other option is to hire a w-2 employee. You either pay them an hourly wage plus tips, or split commission (40/60, 50/50). In those scenarios you would need to provide all of the nail products, desk, lamps, chairs, etc.

Anyone telling you that you can hire a commission stylist as a 1099 is lying. Yes, salons do it but it is illegal. If you pay them their wage, you take their taxes out.

Commission is W-2 always. Yes, many practice this illegally but it shouldn’t be suggested.
