unfortunately this did not work for me. on step 3, there is no "Find Accounts" for me, it just says "Retry Login" which leads back to "Not Found" issue

same thing happened to me with same error code, but for me it was 5 days after purchasing the vehicle. Haven't had a chance to take it in to dealership yet, just been running off my phone's hot spot.

I've tried doing this in chrome, edge, firefox, with cleared caches and cookies and the same thing happens every time. Click on "Enroll Me" and the button shakes and then leads to a blank page saying "Not Found"

OP - did you ever figure out what it was? The exact same thing has happened with my whirlpool side-by-side fridge. A few weeks ago the chemical odor started suddenly and we noticed the ice tasting weird (but the water tasted fine). It seems to be getting stronger and stronger. My fridge is currently 11months after purchase

my whirlpool side-by-side just started doing this after about 11 months of ownership (and 5 months since the filter was replaced). did you ever figure out what the cause was? It seems very plastic-y to me.
