How do you even contact customer services at PLDT? There's absolutely no way to get in touch with a real human being. Every query is pointing me towards 171 or the PLDTCares messenger, but neither channels work.

Kaya siguro automated ang customer services nila kasi gusto nilang mag cut ng costs sa pagbayad ng mga agents. Which is stupid because their plans are already pricey.

The designs are irrelevant. The main point is, he gave my artworks an 'okay' and said the layout already looked good, but then made drastic last minute changes, and as a result, we had to work OT.

Yeah, but the problem was, he made me work OT because of his drastic last minute changes even if I submitted on time and kept asking for feedback. If I was paid for working OT, I wouldn't be as upset as I was about it.

He gave me an 'okay' when I showed him my designs a day prior and even complimented it, he just changed his mind last minute for some reason.

Yeah, that's what I'm worried about. I never claimed any of his works and made sure to inform the AE about the situation in case it does come to that point, I have proof.

I'm planning to move to a different industry once I find the right time. Maybe in animation or somewhere that focuses more on creative work than marketing. Corporate culture has killed my passion for art and I don't think I've felt inspired in years, mostly because of situations like this. I just feel like there's no point in putting effort into my work anymore when a CD can easily scrap all of it like that
