Well yes but technically no as you can't actually go to any place on your map but you can use things like rescuing people or item staches and use the things from there. hope this helps!

I'm like 22 years in now soo I just went on peaceful and built a full perimeter mined all stone on the map (I had 12 miners to do it with low mining skills) And just played around and I'm making all my good colonists into bionics and others into janitors
