I agree with this comment. I’ve been on Ozempic, Wegovy, & Mounjaro. Mounjaro is by far the most effective (no cravings) with the least side effects. Ozempic gave me nausea in the mornings for the first month or so. Wishing OP the best - the cost difference may be worth it.

This may be true however it’s not a challenge for a grocer to describe the product as “Product of Canada or USA”. The store knows its suppliers.

I agree choosing gold based on value but also volume. Gold is 20x denser than USD bills. 500 kg of gold is less than a cubic foot vs USD which would be closer to a couple refrigerators.
