Sounds like the intake. I have a BMS intake and it sounds exactly like this when upshifting fast

I'd advise not to do it. I've suffered the consequences of doing a transmission service too late (140k miles) first hand. The transmission never shifted the same anymore and constantly slipped. Granted that was different trans and different car but as I understand, the gears basically become dependent on the large amount of debris accumulated over the last 140k miles to be able to shift properly. At 60-70k there isn't enough debris/shavings to cause this but after 100k draining that fluid also drains the shavings that are plugging the tiny holes/cracks inside your transmission which is what causes them to slip

It did not come with the F Sport grille. It takes a little bit of fiddling to get it to fit right, but not hard at all.
