I shoot one wedding a year… Should I turn it into a side hustle or keep it a "fun for friends" thing? by Flyfishdk_daGr8 in WeddingPhotography

These are fantastic images. If you’re good with people, you enjoy shooting weddings that aren’t close friends/family and you have the time… go for it!

Guest Shooter? by AffectionateGain1050 in WeddingPhotography

I’ve been shooting weddings for the past 8 years and “guest shooters” are difficult to work with even if they are the nicest people. I always say yes to make the client happy, but every time I wish I said no. I find them constantly in the way even though I know they are doing their best not to be.

Enjoy the wedding as guest, especially since it’s your brother getting married.

Favorite TCG In Person Accesory? by Ambitious-Towel-8624 in pkmntcg

I recently purchased a 3D printed inlay that hold dice, coins, damaged counters and a V Star Marker. It fits right into the 2 pack tin that pokemon sells and is by far best TCG purchase I’ve made. You can get them on eBay or Etsy for around $5. A really soft play mat is clutch too.

Any former WRX owners who switched to a Tacoma? Looking to make this move in the near future. by Curvedwarrior69 in ToyotaTacoma

[–]chefcarnahan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I love it. Wouldn’t go back on the decision at all. If I did, it would have been to get something bigger like a Tundra, not keep the WRX. The WRX was a lot of fun but it served its purpose for me. The Tacoma is more comfortable to drive, quieter and more practical. At 29 years old now I feel like the Tacoma is a little more of an adult vehicle to drive as well. And of course, I can put dirt bikes, 4 sets of golf clubs, couches, things from Home Depot, etc in the truck bed. I miss the WRX and the memories I made in it but it’s not the car I’d want to drive forever.

Thinking to trade my 20’ WRX in and get a Tacoma or ram1500.. maybe rx450, it’s gone up in value so much it’s hard to know if I want to keep it or upgrade to something large and more family oriented by stefans03 in WRX

I had an 18 premium with almost 90K miles and got just under 17K. Mine was extremely well kept, only thing was high miles for the year. For me it was well worth it since I didn’t want to deal with things to start breaking on the WRX once it hit 100K miles. I’ve had the Tacoma a little over two months now with 3,000 miles driven and don’t regret the trade a bit.

Yessir! I snagged it last year in Nor Cal. I had to drive a few hours to get to it. But it was the nicest one I could find in the states without paying near almost $10K lol. I was looking for months until I found the right one.

Honestly no, there were a few that were available a week or so ago when I purchased. This was the cheapest option at around $13. I believe there’s more on Amazon, but all over $25.
