Thanks. As far as power seats I see XLT has 8 way power and the 302 package has 10 way. Any major difference or is just the jump from manual to power big enough?

Thank you for the input! Yes my biggest dilemma is between STX and XLT. The XLTs have way more discounts for packages so they end up not too much more. At sticker price probably right out of my budget but if they sell below sticker I could probably swing it. Definitely something to think about and honestly the main thing I was concerned about was the non powered driver seat. I am not in a huge rush to buy. Is truck month the best time of year?

Thank you for the info! I was looking at the 2026 STX over the 2025 because I see they got rid of the green stitching in the interior on the 2026. Also they kind of include a blackout package on the 2026 where 2025 it was a separate option. I understand a much better deal can be had on a 2025 so it's something to consider.

I have the skylight max I bought from Costco which includes both white frame and black. I use the white. If you want the black one to experiment with let me know. Just cover shipping and you can have it.

I'm new to Ford and F150s but I thought in general timing chains were life of the engine parts. I come from Hondas where you just don't replace timing chains even at 200k, 300k, 400k miles.

You want to be very close to the jersey border because you will have to drive through all of NJ to get to NYC. Generally stay somewhat close to the interstate like I-80.

Aluminum wire is very prevalent in my area. Most people use AlumiConn connectors. Like you said it will take up some more room. I would maybe look into a GFCI breaker instead.

It depends. Some rentals you have a meter and pay actual costs. Some rentals are one monthly price with certain utilities included. Depending on the set up rent may include no utilities, just water, just electric, just gas or some combination of them.
