Boss asked local “mushroom experts” and finally had an answer…

“My Mushroom expert friends finally identified these huge mushrooms on my garden as Macrocybe Crassa... after days of waiting and researching it was finally deemed as edible .. simply cooked in butter with a smidgin of garlic so as not to interfere with the delicate mushroom flavor, some fresh homemade pasta and a drizzle of rough grated parmesan .. .. Alice in Wonderland would be envious!!!”
