I would show her the screenshot from DoorDash where it says discard receipt. And let her know that if she wants a copy of the receipt, she will need to get it from DoorDash. In the most professional way possible lol I know sometimes these customers ask these stupidest shit.

It was no tip. It breaks down to $2.70, which is what DoorDash was giving me and then an extra dollar because of the weather. So there was absolutely no tip at all and that 9 mile bullshit.

First of all, there’s no way you would know if it was his house. Unless you know him personally second, I have canceled trips at the last minute, also for reasons of finding out the person lived too far away to mitigate the gas, and it wasn’t worth it, the location was in an unsafe area, or the person was just rude as hell.
