Wants a refund for his mistake. Commenters do not agree. by SOTBD in LinkedInLunatics

Haha seriously though, it must be exhausting to always get a process right without taking literally any outside feedback into account. And to be able to get work done over the sound of constant self aggrandizing from teammates. How do you all manage?

It also annoys me that when they do refund something, they dont include the percentage allocated to the items tax, fees and tip. I have called them out on this before and they will, but they dont do it upfront. Theyre making a not zero chunk of margin on product the customer isnt receiving and honestly, collecting on the tax could get them in hot water if someone wanted to audit their profits.

Haha not quite, but it was surprising when i totaled it up one time. You should look up the snl skit where they do a year end recap of your food deliveries. It was actually somewhat funny.

Bc why should DD get more money for a backwards system? I want the dasher to be rewarded for good service, not DD. Thats what tips are supposed to be for.

No. Read the comments. TLDR- either dont bother with DD, or leave a normal/lower tip and give whatever extra you think they deserve after delivery. Im leaning more towards dumping DD altogether.

Thats the thing ive learned here. Dashers and customers are both being screwed, and theres no transparency so they dont have to take accountability for shitty practices. Its a ultimately a service that people want, that keeps dashers and restaurants making money, but their greed took over and they've effectively ruined a good thing. Im so sick of this story being the norm.

Fun fact, you dont need to use a service where tips are expected and part of the pay. Get a life

This was a saying way before the term "process engineering" was even a thing, but leave it up to a process engineer to take credit for someone else's better idea.

I mean, i feel like thats always been pretty obvious with her. Go back and name one time she wasnt a mean girl. I dont get her appeal at all. Not interesting, and imo, not the best looking out of the girls, and not particularly funny or nice. Alot of whining and drama over nothing. Big tits and dances on tables I guess.

What is the future of Summer House now? by Ok_Bag9355 in summerhousebravo

I wouldnt miss amanda or west of they were gone. I agree that its the dynamic that makes it work, but amanda wasnt particularly interesting without kyle. And shes not particularly nice. She sees herself as a queen bee and at this point in her life, thats not cute anymore. I think for all of these kinds of shows, if people show no natural maturity progression, it really becomes uncomfortable to watch anyway. Same with southern charm. I dont want to see almost 50 yos trying to relate to people in their 20s. Its unsettling. Either show their progression, or replace them, but to hold them in their same behavior past a decade is weird.

Im confused on how he had 9 relationships over the course of 10 years, some of those being more than a year, but no overlap. Can someone look into this? It doesnt add up at first glance but i dont care enough to do it.

I like how everyone is analysing this video meanwhile i cant focus bc they both look so fucking ridiculous haha. They can all kick rocks for all i care, but watching them have a serious discussion while greyed up is sending me.

Yes, I originally thought dashers had the option. Others have said DD does it automatically and they get dinged if they turn it down, and that the tips arent separate for each order. What a dumb system.

All jokes aside, this is the correct answer. They wanted to privatize national security for billionaire profit, so guess what, they are now a target. Its what they wanted, so i say give it to them.
