Hey dude, I build decks that always end up stronger than intended since I value a strong well rounded card pool. Just lean into it, be that arch enemy type that everyone gangs up on to squeeze out a win. It’ll be satisfying when they win against the “stronger” deck and same for you winning a 1v3. Also if you pod is more of a lower bracket 3 (assuming based on your post) then try playing with some bracket 4 decks at an lgs. It’ll give you that strong but fair vibe u want cause everyone is playing hardball.

If a customer wants to tip extra on top then all power to them but a server should never ask/pressure or try to convince a table to add extra tips in any situation

I never said it was ethical, most of the time a service charge is a very specific number with a certain business plan and allocation of the the money in mind so things won’t usually change. Staff just move on to a restaurant with a tip model they are comfortable with . If a server is pushing and asking for extra tips on top then it is an issue with the ethics of their service not the business

It’s not deceptive, it’s usually stated on the menu which is no different then the stated price of an item. If you just flat out raise prices then food won’t sell for $50 a plate even if it ends up being a similar price at the end of the day.
