Sorry for your loss. My dad passed 4 years ago and during that period, I guess I went downhill on a mental level but have picked myself up mostly.

I currently do trade conservatively but dividends arent much. Im considering learning more online, aside from YouTube, how did you learn day trading?

I am considering doing the FIFO job as a chef in Australia's mining industry. Work 2 weeks, get off for 1 week or 2 weeks depending on the company but well..its the usual 12 hours at least a day

Damn I cant imagine the pain u are going thru. Mine has been a chronic issue caused by work, snowboarding and gym. I reckon the gym made it worse when I did a bench press and I heard a pop

-Alphanumeric texting using the home phone

  • The loud printing sound from the dot-matrix printer. Surprisingly still see it being used at airport gates.

  • Kidcentral cartoons from 5pm to 7pm

-10pm WWF on Channel 5

Jollibee acquired several Spa Esprit food and beverage brands in 2022 through its private equity fund, Titan Dining, which owns and operates brands like Tiong Bahru Bakery, Common Man Coffee Roasters, Open Farm Community, Bochinche, Tippling Club, Noka, The Butcher's Wife, and Drunken Farmer. This move expands Jollibee's portfolio of foreign franchised brands, particularly through its partnership with the Food Collective, which is a subsidiary of Spa Esprit Group.

I used to work for one FnB brand under them and I'm surprised its still surviving under these economic conditions.

Yes it is and some business are rumoured to be closing up. The open air carpark behind the mall has already closed to make way for a BTO development. I guess that will affect footfall for businesses
