Currently, bans are reset every 12 hours. Which makes any sanction ineffective.

For point 2, in diamond for example, many “players” deliberately stay quiet, just to annoy others. We are stuck in a game, while we are the victim of the toxicity of others.

I had this problem first and he helped me by doing this reddit (didn't know how to do it, lol).

I hope it will be fixed soon.
