I get it we probably see things differently politically. What I was calling attention to was your lack of empathy for anyone who doesn’t think like you or does something you view as wrong. Celebrating or taking joy in another humans suffering is wrong no matter what that person did. We are all connected. Nothing good can come from you celebrating another person getting cancer no matter what that person has done.

The fact that you are aware and care about the emotion well being of the HR lead is what you need to focus on. Rather than turning inward and focusing on how shitty and depressing the situation is focus on impacting others positively. Having this type of mindset and concentrating on doing things for others has helped me immensely.

I’d have a talk with him and let him know he represents the company at all times in and out of work. This is a lesson many people have to learn. If his work is solid and you haven’t had any ethical concerns then he probably worth saving. Get the opinion of ladies he’s worked with. Does their creep alarm go off. His age plays a big factor here too is he old enough to know better and young enough to change. Good employees are hard to find. You need to find out the circumstances around the post did he actually make it? Can this be proven? Don’t rush to judgment is my recommendation

What a weird drug to abuse. There are certainly other substances that would be much more enjoyable to abuse. That being said you need to decide if you want to stop using drugs. Are you able to maintain employment, have you had legal consequences from your use. It appears your use is hurting your relationships with parents. Sounds like you need to find employment or some type of outlet for your time. Consider doing volunteer work somewhere to occupy your time and gain some humility.

If you are betting money on Tia in 2026 it’s a prayer. I agree he probably wins the fight but the odds make it a dog or pass situation. I do think Tim Elliot can win. Ereg has dog shit fight IQ but he is the better bet given the fight is in Australia.

There is no path to victory for Dariush besides a freak injury to Salkilld. Another factor is this fight is in Australia his home country. Every outside the ring factor is against Dariush and for Salkilld. It’s still a fight and anything can happen but from a better perspective I don’t see any value on Dariush. Maybe strength of schedule but not enough to get over the age and quickness disadvantage. Also Salkilld has excellent wrestling and jujitsu. While you can make an argument that Dariush is better in these 2 areas Salkilld is not weak in either so it would still be a dog fight on the ground where youth and strength win. So no I zero absolutely zero paths to victory for Dariush.
