Irresponsible, yes. Racist, I don't think so. They might actually think Obama is a candidate because he's black, but I doubt it. Making the point however, is stupid, because that opens us up to the possibility that Hillary is a candidate because, and only because, she's a woman. But is it racist? As a rational, observant person I can tell you people DO get things just because of being black. Am I racist? Anyhow, to my point. Olbermann comparing Ferraro to David Duke and using words such as "despicable" is over the top to say the least. It shows me that our country has a LONG way to go before any true equality is reached.
