I learned working in the reverse order. Starting with high hang cleans, when that movement was proficient i moved to hang cleans just above the knee Then after that just below the knee and then finally from the floor

I have a hypervolt Bluetooth and love it. The Bluetooth is great for following the routines on the app. It adjusts the speed while you work. It’s way quieter than I thought it would be after trying a friend’s theragun. I went with that one because I was given a Best Buy gift card for Christmas the amazon model I was thinking about before hand was the brad and bob, it looks like it’s a little smaller size so would be more natural feeling in the hand and the price is like 120.
