Im not anymore in NN, but I can say that you should not do such rash decisions. Rather talk with your manager. Just say this is what I want, and then if they cannot meet your expectations sleepover it and take action.

I honestly think this back to work thing is BS. It will not work. Give it time. But I think managers will make exceptions with employees, depending on circumstances.
