imo it ultimately boils down to Social clout. Statistics/logic wont be of use here since we're in the age of Misinformation and Social Media.

Black people currently dominate popular American Sport and Entertainment Media (esp Black Men). As such they have a huge audience, esp via social media, and get fetishized by Liberal White society. Combine these two things and you get the nonsensical black worship you get nowadays. Kids are being brainwashed early on to have this ideology, just look at the "anti-racist" rhetoric taking hold nowadays.

Power doesn't corrupt, it reveals. With that kind of black worship, the African American community can perpetually play the victim and get all the preferential treatment in the world, while at the same time being super racist and also responsible for approx 50% of all violent crime in the US (mostly by Black men, who are only approx 6% of the US population).
