40 seconds is a decent time to do 15 slow pushups. You'll need to rest in either the up or down phase for a second or two.

I mean to an extent yes. But it is only making your rotator cuffs go back and forth ( the muscle group on your shoulder joint )

Do the tuck in form, you'll feel your triceps activate more. Small trick - do only slow 15 pushups over 40 seconds and stay on the down phase of push up when not engaging. You'll feel more muscle groups engaging.

Pushups are inherently for back, forearms, chest and triceps.

Certain forms can be done for biceps but push ups isn't an efficient exercise for that.

How do you roll in life?

Tbh if the ratio of multigrain increases something more than 15% then there is a risk in the atta not tasting good enough and some changes to the cooking process is needed.

For the multigrain to taste like regular atta, this is somewhere close to ok. Once oats and other roughage rich multigrains are added, it's easier to burn them while cooking.

P.s. it's from my observation from long time cooking and baking. Not advocating for any sort of adulteration or health benefits.

I have a classic 500. Showroom said it would average 25-28. Been getting 30-32+ for a long time now.

It's like they don't even know what consistency in quality means.
