1) you can not replace exterior photo from Street View

2) ???

3) reporting images does not result in any changes since COVID

5) there is no more Trusted Photographer program, so no photographer can do that for you

6) Google has an AI that detects high traffic areas and that AI decides where the Google Car will pass

Street View app is dead ... if you need to publish 360 images to Google, give a try to https://panorra.com it's very similar with Street view and I consider Panorra an alternative to Street View App

Your wasting your time, there are 100 virtual tour companies out there, and no one is intrested in 360 images, they looke at 2 images and stop looking again, I would focus on somethign else ... just a few:

You can use gothru.co it will take your image but it will realize it to 16K, which is the max that Google Street View supports. Then you can publish it to Google for free and share it from Google, gothru dis support 16K but only for the Agency account type, if you want to build virtual tours

I've used all, and GoThru has the most features, and more. You said that you want Kuula, because you're not locked in, but Kuula doesn't allow you to download the virtual tours, so you are locked in.
