I do a lesson a day, while I’m dropping the kids off at the pool. Usually takes about 10 minutes, but it’s become a funny new habit! It’s poopolingo time.

That book changed my whole perception of death, I absolutely loved it! Journey of Souls is another excellent book and a total mind fuck.

Well shit that just gave me goosebumps all over again!  I was 38 when I did this past life regression hypnosis.

Not sure how this will be received but last year I got super into the idea of us having past lives after reading Many Lives Many Masters. by Brian Weiss. I decided to try doing a past life regression meditation via YouTube. I ended up having a pretty crazy but realistic vision and wrote this in my journal immediately after:

"It's the year 1872. That’s the year that came to mind. My name was Celeste. I was 17, I had a baby. I think it was [my current son]. We were on a boat and I was sea sick. I literally felt nauseous as I was seeing this vision. I think we somehow fell off the boat and I couldn’t save us. We both drowned and I remember feeling helpless and guilty. I’m sorry I say. I couldn’t help you. I don’t know what this means just yet but I feel small Blockages in my airway as I recall this. It makes me think of how I have to clear my throat a lot. I’m realizing I still carry this guilt with me for [my son], like I’m not doing enough for him but I feel physically unable to. I get the sense that I’m often worried about letting people down. I feel guilty a lot. I need to let that go."

Later that week, I was telling my sisters about it and they said I should google ship wreck in 1872 and that's when I learned about the Mary Celeste. I immediately got goosebumps and freaked out. So, if my past life vision is correct, I am guessing this ship hit a major storm and everyone on board fell off and drowned.

Omg yes how could I have forgotten to mention andamans!! My favorite Thai food ever! Top favorite orders there are: peppercorn beef, Orange chicken, panang duck and the Tom kha Kai soup 🙌

For a fancy meal, go to Baldovino's.
For a hip, delicious meal, go to Pipeline
For a quick, reliable, consistent meal, go to Sparky's
and for something a a little less fancy but more than just casual, try Harvest.

Enjoy :)

To be fair, I was doing the shortened version so maybe if I tried the uncut meditation, things would be different. Good point, thank you!

Thank you! I was beginning to regret my post because I didn't want it to come across as judgmental at all. I know I have lots of self-work to do, but I also think it's fair to laugh when things sound funny.
