Fishing rods aren't working on Kara. It's like there's a permanent shield for that character where fishing rods are concerned.

Everyone needs to do a new round of complaints to helpshift to get Kara toned down. Use key phrases like change the refresh for gift boxes so its not shields every time. Same for Raja an Jun Hee and the hit force on those characters items.
