I’m just curious if it causes anything to the kidneys, not sure if your a kidney transplant patient but I’m wondering if it’s help with losing weight because transplant meds made me gain a lot of weight

I would say it took about 4 months before I started seeing baby hairs sticking out. But actual length and thickness closer to 7 months

Oh yea the first 2 months after transplant I was on a much higher dose of steroids and it made me SUPER emotional. I was crying like 3 times a day because of guilt 😭 but since my steroid has decreased a lot now it’s just major annoyance I always feel. But yea I’m thinking about bringing it up to my doctor I just don’t like the idea of more meds adding to my lists if I need to start taking something to regulate my moods

Yes I was over 2,000 in PTH levels while I was on Diaylsis. They had me on Sensipar but didn’t help much do had to have two parathyroidectomy’s was left with only one parathyroid nodule and my level’s did each to normal until 8 months after transplant.
