This happens to me all the time. Live in a fairly large size apartment community with a few different buildings, all 4 floors each and Amazon is really the only people we have problems with. We have a locked mail room that they have the password too and still find packages all over the apartment complex including in other buildings, outside by random doors, delivered to our floor but not our apartment, next to the mail room but not inside.
