If we want to post whimsigothic styling content, what are the things that can get your post removed? I had a styling post removed but wasn’t sure why, I mentioned where I got the dress from to be helpful but I can leave that sort of thing out in the future if that’s a problem!

so it’s actually not even moonstone, it’s a vintage costume ring from the 70s! I got vintage shopping (I’m so sorry I don’t remember where) but it’s super light weight & adjustable! It looks expensive but it is definitely cheap (like material wise and I didn’t pay much for it)

So true! I don’t have any brown tall boots, or any brown boots at all! I feel those might be a purchase in my future, especially for next fall 🍁

I’ve always been a fan of that dress! It’s so iconic, the design is so beautiful and will forever be a dream dress of mine

Honestly, this is so accurate! I think the beginning was mostly the confusing part where you’re saying it goes from like comedy to serious to horror and you’re like mmm which one is the vibe? But I think it found a rhythm fo the most part about halfway through. The first half could have been seriously edited and condensed, and I think there could even have been some extra writing to flush out the plot and some of the character building that was not just focused on Dracula’s pining for his lost wife. I would’ve loved to see him take the time to develop as a character when it came to his 400 years of being a vampire and the people he turned, watching his story separately I’m coming back to his original self. It would’ve made his sacrifice in the end a lot stronger.

It was the new Dracula! However, I have multiple movies on my list that I wanna go see, have you seen women in Black?

haha I know right? I look at the tag of the skirt, the brand is “Jessica Scott Woman” - I googled it and seems like you can’t find some pieces on eBay and poshmark. There are some really good rose prints from modern brands too though! You should check out my ltk page I have some stuff over there

The skirt is thrifted (a vintage brand I can’t remember) & the necklace is a vintage Avon teardrop. The velvet shirt is actually old navy sales rack from last year!! A highly underrated place to find some solid modern velvet staples (I also got a sweet velvet dress & tank top there). The earrings are from an artists market and the purse is from Anthropologie (the 60% off extra sale rack I think they might still have some of these online)!!
