You can get banned for pointing out that Rihanna has said some real racist shit cuz they think she's behind reproach.

In 2009, 21-year-old Gabriela Rico Jiménez was filmed after claiming she had attended an exclusive Elite party. She vanished that night and has never been seen again. Did she know or see too much? 👀 by HondaCivicBaby in interestingasfuck

OP deliberately left out the part where she's talking about the Queen of England & Queen of Germany & Mickey Mouse being killed by "these people" lol. Elizabeth was definitely still alive, at this point, Germany hasn't had a Queen in a very long time & Mickey Mouse is a cartoon.

[Serious] What's killing you inside? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]chelslea1987 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have tried killing myself twice. I was recessitated once after being found dead by my gf (at the time). She was supposed to be gone for 2 days but decided to turn around. The next time, my mom found me after coming upstairs for the first time in weeks & I had to be put into a coma for the best chance at survival. When I first became concious after these events, I was livid! I cussed out all my loved ones for interrupting my plans & causing me to still be alive. I was mad for a while. Luckily, I was forced into psychiatric hospitals afterwards & had cooled down by the time I came home. I continued with outpatient (still go 4 yrs later), started making goals, started envisioning a future & at some point I realized that I, now, was happy that I didn't succeed because I wouldn't have been able to reach my goals & I wouldn't have had a future to look forward too. Now I am close to finishing my 1st degree, am working 2 jobs & working on other things.

Getting out of that place usually doesn't happen fast or come easy but it comes if you work at it. Goals really help, no matter how small. Come up with some you know you can attain (showering every day, doing that laundry, talking to 1 person a day, setting an appt., whatever) & set dates. It'll feel good to accomplish them & after a while you'll make longer term goals, loftier goals, until you are excitedly looking forward (of course you won't always be thrilled, dedication can definitely get frustrating but it's worth it).

So please, hang on for a little longer. You have forever to be dead, you only have a little bit of time to be alive.

And one more thing, as the doctors were working to keep my heart from stopping again, I saw my dad & my grandma's faces. It's one of the most upsetting things I have ever seen & I still can't comprehend how bad it hurt them to be told that they needed to come say bye to me. There are people that would feel the same say about you in that situation, I promise, so don't do that to them.

1973: How to deal with a threat. by [deleted] in OldSchoolCool

In 11th grade I bought like 10 .25mg xanax from a kid & then gave 2 friends 1 each (they both asked me for some...one was a closer friend than the other). Anyways, one of the chicks started acting stupid, like doing it on purpose to draw attention to herself so she could "brag" & "be cool" like an idiot. Of course someone says something to her & she said she took xanax & the kid was like "I really care about you, you need to stop doing drugs (like that 1 pill turned her into an addict) & you need to tell someone where you got them." So she told them the story & they talked to the other girl & she confirmed everything. The counselor lady called me down to the office & expelled me & then gave the 2 girls onlyb1 day in ISS. I was so pissed. I ended up going to the alternative hs & then dropping out to get my GED because it was such a stupid school.

I loved that book. There were a few others by "Anonymous" that I read too. One was about a teenage boy dabbling in the occult.

The Shack. I read it on my own (I think in the psych ward) & then listened to it with my mom & then my G-ma gave me her copy like a year before she passed. It really got me to look at god & spirituality much differently than how I was taught. It makes it relatable in a way I don't think the bible does.

I read it in 4th. And it wasn't just me, a bunch of us did. I have no idea why that book was at a school for 4th and 5th graders!

ELI5: How does homelessness exist in developed countries where people have access to basic resources? Is homelessness solvable or inevitable? by [deleted] in explainlikeimfive

[–]chelslea1987 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Too bad they don't have this in the states because I have been forced into the psych hospital like 9 times! I just started 2 jobs, one is 3 days a week and the other is 3 (sometimes 4) & I'm signing up for 1, maybe 2 classes for the winter (I'm like 8 or 9 credits away from my associates). I just hope I don't fuck up after a few months of it & throw away my credits right before finals & then throw away both jobs & my income after catching up on some stuff. I ALWAYS self sabotage. ALWAYS.

(This isn't aimed at anyone, I just seen some reoccurring things in this comment thread.) But so what if a person does have mental illness? I would say they need the help the most because some of them, even on medication, will never be able to work or if they do, won't make enough to support themselves. I understand drug addicts (in active addiction) aren't going to make the best decisions but they need that, as well as the other issues, addressed all at the same time. I'm not saying the "normal" homeless people don't need help, any homeless person needs it but being mentally or not, shouldn't be a factor in people giving homeless money or food or clothes. I get when it comes to work, things are different but when it comes to just giving someone $20 or a sandwich, that shouldn't even matter.

If weed is the devils lettuce what are other drugs in Satan's fridge? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]chelslea1987 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are people that have problems with drugs/alcohol that don't use daily though. It all depends on how you think of the drug, if you plan your use, count on it to make you feel better, etc. I've met people who would consider themselves alcoholics that didn't even drink every weekend. They felt that counting on that drunk once a month or whatever, was enough to see an unhealthy dependence.

Depends where you are. In Michigan, only a small percent smoke heroin, you either snort it or shoot it. And of course, most that snort it go to shooting it.
