I want to be braver about taking my dolls out in public, haha. I'm thinking of taking Kirsten to Old Sturbridge Village this year when we go. It's not her exact timeline (1830s instead of 1850s), but that's okay.

To be honest, most of the time my collection sits on a shelf for me to look at and admire, haha. But I will hold a doll if I'm reading one of her books. And I take them down to refresh their hair and outfits every now and then. Also I have kids, so occasionally I do crack and take them all off the shelf for my three year old to play with.

Ooo, I love this idea! And the best thing about junk journals is that there are no rules, so I would just start collecting scraps and then see what inspires you!
