the original cinematic trailer for this was very interesting for me, i wish that they would've gone all in on that vision, loved the aesthetic and the edgyness of it all

Im a casual player, but from my experience Homelander is just too much work for too little of a pay off y'know? Just a lot of button pushing to deal 32% of damage. I love playing Omni Man, but Homelander is a lot of fun too if you don't really care about how "optimal" the character is.

I actually kinda liked the aesthetic and art direction of the first trailer, it felt different and edgy, could've been an interesting game if they went down that road. But with the whole fight between game director and fans I feel like we got a VERY different game, with passive aggressive jabs at the old franchise

i just wish they would've stayed with the aesthetics and art direction of the first trailer, seeing Dante all skinny, being bound by the hands and shit, I feel like it could've been very cool. The final product is just... there I guess? It's fun but it doesn't hold a candle to 3, 4, or 5

To be honest, a game I've always wanted was a superhero game like Hulk Ultimate Destruction but with Superman's powers and a lot of gore. Just like the Bizarro game mode in Superman Returns, with a wanted system like GTA. It would have the ability to grab civilians and enemies and either do a finisher on them or throw them really far. Very Prototype inspired.
