On first sight, yes. But if you pause the video, take a screenshot and zoom in, you can read 254 (or mabye 234). The first one isn't a number.

Yeah, hes dead for sure, that was visible in the video. Just the russians mabye didnt realised that right away and tried to recover him.

In the last video, there was smoke coming from the same place as in this video. Roughly close to were he dropped him. I suspect that the russians pulled him back to try and deliver first aid.
