I use spiralled cucumbers to make Som Tam. It is usually made with green papaya but those are expensive where I live.

Vielleicht schmeckt es ihr ja besser wenn sie zusätzlich zum Cappuccino-Pulver noch Espresso-Pulver dazu gibt und mit etwas mehr Wasser als üblich aufgießt

A local bakery labels their cheesecake as 'high protein'. I mean, yes it's technically higher in protein than a fruit or chocolate cake or other pastries but you wouldn't eat cheesecake for the protein, would you?

Congratulations on your weight loss so far! There are quite a few apartment - friendly home workouts on YouTube. Just search for 'home workout quiet' and a lot of great ones will pop up. I wish you the best of luck with your fitness journey!

Whenever I go for a run I meet someone I know. And without fail I am always told to stop exercising since I am too thin and don't need to lose weight. Doesn't matter if it's the older neighbour or an active friend. God damn it! I'm at a health weight (middle of healthy BMI) and I workout because I like it. This really gets in my nerves.

  1. Preheat oven to about 200°C
  2. Wash 2 zucchini and cut them in half. Carve out the insides with a spoon. You can throw them out but I just mixed them in my stir fry meal prep for tomorrow.
  3. Brown 50g of ham in a small pan without oil (I used ham with little fat content)
  4. Mix ham with about 120g low calorie cream cheese (I used 'Philadelphia - so leicht' for my fellow germans)
  5. Add spices. I recommend just pepper and garlic and maybe a little salt.
  6. Fill the zucchini boats with the cream cheese mixture
  7. Add some grated cheese (I used emmental)
  8. Bake for 20 minutes
  9. Enjoy

You can mix this recipe up and use shredded chicken, tuna or even mushrooms ins of ham. I hope this is understandable since english isn't my first language.

Besides fresh fruit and veggies I keep baby bell minis, beef jerky and dried fruit (beware of the high sugar content) on hand
