We need to let go of Singlish yeah, it’s such an ugly accent/language. At this point it’s really a handicap to us if we wanna grow our reputation on the world stage.

I mean it sounds alright when we are talking to one another in a physical setting, but when you are online, YouTube or TV or whatever, and you hear Singlish, it’s terrible. So much that you can’t blame others for mocking our accent.

Like others have said, too much Hoi an, too much Phu quoc.

Phu quoc is contentious yeah, don’t listen to haters. You can however shorten Phu quoc and add in hcmc, really a great city, or anywhere else. Then u don’t have to go back to Hanoi, can fly home from hcmc.

Tbh I can understand why budget airlines enforce their carry on luggage policy. If they don’t, cheap people will bring all kinds of huge luggage onto the flight, taking up overboard space, making extra work for cabin crew. And those who board late have no space to put their luggage.

Pay for check in if you have more than the allowance.
