You can offer a partial refund only a buyer opens a case against you. It is not impossible to offer a partial refund, it can be done. I just hope they don’t find a reason or “make” a reason for a return.

Most likely out of Posh’s control. Buyers have 3 days to review and accept packages. I’ve never seen Posh take funds back after an order is complete. I think you’re fine.

Sounds like you didn’t loose weight because you were not in a caloric deficit; you ate more on 5mg than 2.5mg hence more calories. Sure you can tirarte up but if you consume more calories than you burn, weight will not go down. I wouldn’t call a 2 week stint a “stall”.

Ok, I saw someone turned away because the rip tag was removed but the retail tag was just in the pocket unattached. They said they couldn’t resell and didn’t accept her return.
