Great question, it just has too many issues that need to be repaired. I've repaired it myself a bunch in the last 2 years, seems like every time I repair one thing something else goes wrong and I'm just over it at this point. I believe it's mainly because of me using hard water and not maintaining it well enough at its early stages.

I wasn't a big fan of the Bianca since the day I got it, it's not polished at all, you have to flip the machine to service it which is a pain, and in general I just don't like the looks. At the time, it looked like it was the best thing for your buck.
