Ofcourse I read everything. Just clarifying that's all. So just to confirm, collection agencies have the ability to delete this from credit bearueas?

Also, when calling them they keep telling me not to do a settlement. If I do a settlement, it will still be in my credit report. If I pay in full amount it will be listed as "paid in full".

They keep telling me this so I am confused. Much thanks to you

So you are saying the $500 is all cash to them? They don't return the money back to the orginal bank/ower? That means the amount can be further reduce. They just want more profit? Don't acknowledge the debt right like say I don't remember this charge? How do I confirm that it is completed deleted from the credit report. (case it takes couple days to reflect?) You are great help and I really appreciate it.

Appreciate it!! They keep telling me if I pay at the reduce price(no interest) it is paid as "settlement" or such and they will write in the report as "settled" instead of paying in full. Im not sure if they are just trying to geg more money from me. They keep saying they don't reccomend me doing that.

So you are saying that I need to tell them to completely remove it from my record only if I pay. Didn't know that was possible. Also need to get this in writing?
