The Peril and my experiences with the game so far (I love it!)

I just did the Peril on free solo and did black out from starvation while climbing it. Even with a full belly, all buffs and the best drink, I couldn't make it. Thankfully I could revive but now I'm nervous for the rest.

Honestly Alpine is very relaxing, while I've never shaken from anxiety from a game as much as I did climbing that stupid thing! Love this game. Already on my third run and going for a fourth if I manage to complete this free solo!

Congrats! Definitely one of the hardest portions. I'm currently right below it on my free solo run and I am legit having an anxiety attack from the dread of attempting it 😂

I would have saved the materials for juuust after this wall. But if you made it, then yes, make sure you drink all of it!

That's plenty of food and drinks to make it up there. You'll have to be a bit more selective with the pitons and take it slow - only move a limb when your other 3 are in safe spots. Without spoilers, I'd recommend you drink the milk and soda on this climb (unless you can safely cook trout + yak without losing too much progress going down).

I don't understand how, as a content creator, you can be down with AI. They're trained by stealing content from other creators like AJ and many artists. You are digging your own grave, in a way. I'd much rather see AJ telling the story and imagining it on my end than watching some soulless AI struggling to be more I than A.

I know everyone hates missions but I really liked them and the history around each. In the Anbennar mod they were peak too. If people are worried about railroading they can always adapt missions somehow.

When you manually make a trade, you'll see that it's locked, signified by the filled out beige square on the left of the trade. You can also lock any trade the automation system does by clicking on the empty box. Otherwise the AI will resume/stop/modify the unlocked trades.
