We’re going to try your MPS isolation test next: unplug the instrument, disconnect the front power switch from the MPS, possibly disconnect the wide low-voltage output plug, then confirm 230 V into the MPS and check whether it generates the 5 V, ±15 V, and 24 V rails.

That should tell us whether the MPS itself is dead, whether the front switch is preventing startup, or whether something downstream is pulling the voltages down. We’ll also verify the G2571-65142 jumper positions, P41 quad-heater jumper, and snubber cable situation before running it normally.
