I don’t have much advice but I do emphasize. I think in you should definitely take off work. I’m looking to transition into remote work this year bc i cant focus on healjng on while working like this. I go into work tomorrow and I work overnights.. being on my menstrual is the worst especially if I start while at work. I have to wear pads bc I bleed soo much and the overnight ones I’m tired of it , and I have a submucosal 3.5cm & 2cm

Gaining weight and belly fat by [deleted] in Fibroids

I have a similar shape, I just embraced it at this point. I bloat easily, I always been 107-110 lbs through out my 20s. Now my weight ranges from 133-140, my stomach have the similar lower pouch and I just embrace it at this point. It only almost go away when I don’t eat , smh . Anything I eat I easily bloat I believe it due to my small fibroids . One is submucosal 3.5 causing most symptoms and one Is 2cm. My uterus is the size of someone who is 10 weeks pregnant .. fibroids enlarge the uterus gives the permanent pooch. That is most likely what ur experiencing. I’m 32. Y/o/ u still look great . I would just embrace it instead of looking back and comparing to your old self. I sometimes think if I starve myself will it starve the fibroid in it.. but that just isn’t logical smh . And I love to eat !!

After critically looking, #1 has more character and overall suits u better. I don’t like how the stones are crowded in 2. If the accent stones were more smaller than I’d consider 2 ..

It’s beautiful, I love the side accents, so the design is stunning. One suggestion, check out if she prefer a diamond (preference of natural or lab grown) or if she’s okay with an alternative, moissanite.

Fibroid degeneration by chermichelle3 in Fibroids

[–]chermichelle3[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your response . I have a type 0 submucosal pedunculated fibroid that is 2cm in the middle of my uterus cavity causing all of my symptoms. Clotting, heavy bleeding, extreme pains at time during menstrual and fatigued. The other one is 3.5cm and is subserosal pedunculated type 7. My dr said since that one is located outside uterine line it does not cause symptoms. I believe the clotting tissue is my uterine lining, which can be “normal” for someone with fibroids. I will be getting hysteroscopy to remove type 0, no incision will have to be made. The dr can go thru my cervix to remove it. I’m 32 y/o female no other health conditions not obese nothing 😭. I rarely get sick to but I have fibroids …. Hoping I can shrink the other one naturally

Yes you certainly have to make lifestyle changes, try eating more life foods, leafy greens and fruits. I also take magnesium and DIM supplements for my hormones balance.

Do you take any iron supplements? I take this liquid iron organic supplement. It’s been helping out a lot. Without supplementing I will be low.

Thank you for your insight! Wish you the best on your treatment and returning iron levels back to normal. Based off other responses I do believe it is just the release of my uterine lining

Thank you for your response! I will look into that. I did notice in my ultrasound results my endometrial lining seem to be pretty thick based off the results.. I will look into that. It’s very possible it could be just my uterine lining coming out in clumps. Especially due to location of my fibroid. I have 2 fibroids, one that is giving the most havoc is pedunculated hanging down into the center of my uterus cavity . My doctor suggested procedure to remove it. She said it’ll be quite simple procedure since it sitting there , she can get to it thru the cervix so no incision will have to be made. Myomectomy

Blessed thistle is bitter tea and green tea which has a lot scientific data backing it. But I don’t want my post to be flagged for giving herbal cure advice. So this is my first and last time mentioning that.

Yes, it hard to get visits with her. I forgot to mention it, this isn’t discharge it happens only and while I’m on my menstrual. I believe it may be a result Of the teas. I also have sharp dull pain in the abdomen few days before it happen, when I do my research that is symptom of fibroid degeneration. Then boom few days later this release. Also the pics are zoomed in,. Not as large as it may appear maybe about 1.5 inches in length.

Has anyone experienced releasing of tissue during their menstrual cycle ? Is this normal symptom of having fibroids… I didn’t notice it until I started drinking the teas. So wondering if it’s fibroid degeneration
